sad day - Paw Talk

I posted a little while ago about my 2 elderly sick ferrets. Last night Dweezil went to sleep and did not wake up. I was expecting this for quite some time, but it still hurts. I will bury him today on my daughters property in the lower pasture under the oak tree. Dweezil will like that, it will be quiet, loud noises used to scare him.

I'm really sorry to hear this, Pat. Even when we know that the end is coming and we think we are prepared it manages to sneak up on us anyway. I know you are feeling heartbroken right now. Go ahead and cry and mourn. Our pets are a big part of our lives and deserve it.

You were telling me about Dweezel . I am so sorry to hear he is gone. But it sounds like it was a quiet and gentle passing. What an awesome resting place.
