They where hilarious Steph! That leaf pile Snoopy is in in the last pick is about to my nees & they both kept burrowing in there... thank heavens Winnie had her leash on or we would haave never found here in there!
The fresh air was certainly a good thing for them!

Cute i did not know you had ferrets.
My brother used to have them when I was small. I would love one but I do not think I would ever have an animal that was in a cage and needed to be outside as the winter is too cold here

My ferrets are not outside Ninja... their cage is in my living room. I only take them outside during the warm season to play & usually only for a little while.

no- not if you keep their cage & litter clean. Some people smell them more so than others as they do have a natural musky scent to them...
but in my opinion- ferrets are NOT menat to live outside. They are far to domesticated for that.

They are adorable!! Although I've never owned a ferret, Shane used to have one named Maneffta. He was a pretty cool little guy.
Our biology class had one in high school too. His name was Playto. It took the Bio teacher 3 weeks to figure out where Playto disappeared to for the last 3 hours of the day my senior year...he figured it out when "ferret art" started showing up on the walls around Playto's cage I had art classes the last 3 hours of the day so I'd take him with me. He was a blast to play with!

no not usually... although sometimes he tries to play sneaky, but he usually doesn't go far & is never out of our sight when we are outside.
Thanks for the compliments everyone
