Boston Hedgehog Gathering

Greetings!

The Boston Pog Party, to be held Saturday, June 29th, 2002 in Arlington, Massachusetts, is approaching quickly! We've got a full day planned:

- Come hear our guest speakers: an MIT student studying hedgehog olfaction, an exotics vet at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital, and a dedicated hedgie mom who will talk about caring for hedgehogs with Wobbly Hedgehog Syndrome (WHS).

- Enter your hedgehogs in the Costume Contest, the IHOG, and Prickle Pin.

- Come buy lots of great stuff from the vendors.

And on Sunday, join us for a Duck Tour and lunch at Durgin Park, an Olde Boston institution!

it's times like these that I wish I lived in the United States... or at least in driving distance of these Hedgie gatherings...

Hi Tisiphone,

Well, while I don't know where you are in Canada, there is a show held close to Canada called the "Might Niagara Show", in Niagara, New York on adjacent years as the Boston Pog Party. Hopefully next year when it's time comes around, someone will post here about it, and perhaps you will be able to finally attend. There are also shows or gatherings in the North West through out the year in Washington State.

Actually I am on the other side of the country, I mean, I am closer to Vancouver than Niagra. I live in Saskatchewan... so if you are going from west to east, the provinces go B.C., Alberta, Saskatchewan, and that is me. And if I wanted to go to a hedgie party it would have to be in Saskatchewan... because of $$$ and stuff.
