lylwhitetiger--->Hedgehogs annoint when they come in contact with a new smell/taste that is interesting. They make lots of foamy spit in their mouths, and stretch into weird ways to lick the spit onto their quills. Why they do this, is not really known but tehre are a few ideas. Different hogs annoint over different thing. I have only seen my girls annoint a few times, some people are having there hogs annoint all the time.
