Kay!

Kay, we lifted up Louie's Igloo last night and look what we found! He has surrounded himself with his stuffed animals. You can hardly see him but he's in the middle of all the stuffed animals!!

aww that is adorable!! I did what Cait suggested & put a t-shirt of mine in her igloo... she LOVES IT! she curls up with it .
Last night I made home made chicken noodle soup. Before I put the chicken in the soup I tried giving some to Widget (just really small pieces) she gobbled that right up! I haven't tried picking her up yet, but she seems pretty secure in her new home so I think I will attempt it today! I'll come back & let you know how it goes!!

Yup, the t-shirt thing works good. I did that with Louie too. It will definitely help her feel comfortable with y'all more quickly.

Sometime when ya get a chance, pick up a couple of jars of baby food and see if you can get her to eat some. Ya never know, maybe you don't have a picky one! LOL

me too Sharon!!

She loves her t-shirt! she won't let me take it away now either LOL. Although yesterday afternoon (or was it today?) she let me pick her up without being as fussy! Of course she still hissed & quilled, but only quilled a little, So either the shirt is helpping or she just trusts me more. Of course If someone were bugging me while I was trying to sleep I'd get a little huffy too!

I haven't bothered her today other than to check the temperature of the shirt as it was really cold in the bedroom when I woke up so I turned on the heating pad for her to make sure she wasn't too cold.
