I've had a look... and a look... and a look, but nothing seems to be new - not been to US Ebay, will try them

What with the ban and all I doubt if anyone would or even if they did the money hungry publishers would not publish one as they wouldn't be able to sell as many as they would like.

In all the pet stores round here the PD books hit the bargain bin months back
