I'm Going To Build A Cage

I have seen many of your cages and some are just fabulous. I am in the planning process of building my own cage. I would like as much in-put as possible. Would anyone and everyone let me know the best and worst thing about their cages. If you did something that worked out really well or did something that you wished you'd done differently, I'd like to know. I have 3 girls and have more room to go up than out.

Thanks, Jan

I have a 3 story wire cage and one of my girls got their toe nail caught in the wire on one of the balconies and was hanging upside down. Luckily I was at home at the time and heard her cry out and rescued her. I promptly took out the balcony. PD's have no sense of height so I had put PVC tubes and a wooden house under the balconies before this happened so they wouldn't fall and hurt themselves. Somehow the tube got pushed away from the balcony and that's why she was hanging there.

The next cage I get or build will have wood floors and ramps.
