She's adorable! I have a Peanut too! Princess Peanut Von Chickenheart. She's the guard pup - and she gets spooked a lot easier than the boys!

Peanut was spayed last September, but her fur hasn't grown in yet. Funny because the boys are almost back into to summer coats. Houston is back to being a red pup. And their bellys are all filled back in.

Peanut still hasn't shed her winter coat yet. Once that happens, her little belly will grow back.

Ahh so maybe thats what the problem is... Pooder my white pd got nuetered about 2 months ago. His hair grew back quickly right in the center of the shaved area. But didn't on the sides. Still slick as a board. I thought he just might not ever grow it back! He is starting to get some new hair growth that looks like a new coat is coming in. It's almost a perfect oval. My Peanut doesn't seem to be getting any kind of new coat yet. I was wondering about the coats. What colors do they change to?

In the winter they get grayer, in the summer more beigy. Houston has aways been very red - his fur matches my abby cat. They do a shed and re-grow twice a year. Each pd sheds differently too. Colorwise, and time wise.
