I'ill be weighing my Rosie this evening and I just know she's going to be less than last time... last time she was one and a half pounds ... she's definately lost weight, you can see just by looking at her although no bones showing or anything but she is very small.
She's nearly a year old, female and not spayed ... she eats well and is the same naughty, mischievious little girl she has always been.
Once Rosie hit about 6 months of age, I took away her puppy kibble which, she got every morning... she was big and cuddly but not fat... now she is small and almost baby like?
She is given hay every day... she is never without hay although it is always Oxbow Tim hay.
She has a breakfast every morning consisting of bunny basics T or horse
rolled oats... sometimes she may get both at the same time but, only very small amounts.
She gets veg every week 2/3 times - it depends.
She gets a bite sized shreddies every day although not all at once. lol
She sometimes gets a finger nail size of a dog biscuit once a week.
She has had teeny cheerios although I do prefer to give her bitesized shreddies.
She should have stored fat for late summer, she hasn't... she's in a warm house.
What can I do to improve on the weight? I will let you know what she weighs, later.
