Bonding with your glider

I am asked quite often about bonding with our sg's so i typed this up to help a bit anyway. The reason for the changing of the words to imprinting or taming was because i was being asked questions like when will i know that my glider is bonded. It seemed to me that ppl were getting the wrong impression of what bonded was. They would tell me how friendly their glider was and how it loved to be with them then ask in the same breath when he will be bonded. So here it is anyways
