Siberian Chipmunks

First of all does anyone know if a Siberian Chipmunk, an Asian Chipmunk and a Chinese Chipmunk are actually all the same just referred to by different names?
I would like anyone one who knows about these personality, feeding, care and breeding to tell me how to take care of them if you would. Good web pages would be apreciated. I have been thinking about trying to find some but I haven't found a lot of pages, other than a description of the first two above, to do my research from. I want to find out as much as possible about them.
Any suggestions and information would be greatly apreciated!!
