48 hour bunny business

Well in the last 48 hours I have had 3 of my rabbits birth ..one was unexpected ...My bootsy girl finally had a litter that survive I was so thrilled with the 3 little darlings I left her to rest and checked back on them 3 hour later and she was back in there birthing a 4th baby ... this rabbit baffles me ..last time it was 2 days between so guess I should be happy it was only 3 hours. Eclipes has 5 little beauties and my meringue has 6 cuties.. pics to come soon because I know you will ask.

Yes I suppose I didn't realise she would be bred so fast..... I think that Somebunny just got her on the april 14, I didn't realise is all......

their gestation is 30 days and she was right on time ... I put her with my dwarf/rex cross Cadbury and the babys are adorable .. 5 little sweeties ... 1 dove grey , 1 black , one dark grey, 1 brown head grey backside, one muted cinnamon color ...will post pics in a bit. shes a good momma very protective.

they have eclipses ears from what I can tell but I havent seen the dad.

Congrats, they're very cute. But may I make a suggestion from one breeder to another? In the future, it might be a good idea to let a new animal settle in and learn you and it's new environment before yo breed it. Just my .02
