Concrete dust harmful to bunnies

Hi,
My Dad was evening out an uneven part of the basement floor and there was lots of dust. My bunnies are upstairs and there isnt too much dust but there was a thin layer of dust upstairs on the floor. But the door to the room my bunnies were in was closed and there dos'nt seem to be much dust in it. Are my bunnies going to be alright???
I am so concerned for my bunnies health!!!!

i think they should be alright... if they start to wheeze, cough, have labored breathing, raspy breathing, or anything different with their breathing, then take them to the vet immediatly
