does anyone know where i can find a holland lop with dalmatian spots?

In a shelter!

You can find all sizes, breeds, and colors of rabbits in shelters, you just might have to look around more if your looking for something specific. Do a search for rabbit shelters around where you live, there are a lot of shelters that deal with only rabbits, and some dog/cat shelters that will also have rabbits. Or try doing a search on petfinder.
