I never treat my boys for fleas. I've never had any problems with any of my rabbits getting fleas either, even with 15+ years of owning them.
Did your vet tell you to treat them for fleas, or were they getting fleas? I've read that the only safe topical treatment for rabbits is Advantage. But if your vet told you to treat them, and you haven't had any problems, I would just go with how often and what your vet told you.
Good luck!

Yeah i took them for their jabs and the vet said they had fleas and told me to get this stuff and treat them with it i had to do it today and then again in 3 days to make sure it works. We get a lot of cats in our garden and with the buns being in their run they are obviously getting the fleas from the cats :@
The flea spray he gave me to use is by Bob Martin and is apparently VERY good at keeping fleas at bay!

Good luck getting the buggies to go away!
I would just go by what your vet told you for how often to give it to them.
