well rule number 1 with rabbits is ... yes they *&%# like rabbits and they mean it ... smallest litter I have had was 3 ... but they can have up to 14 if you arent careful.. so all bunnies get their own cage unless you are breeding then they are only together over night that is enough trust me ...babies can stay together with mom till 8 weeks ..but then at 3 months they should be separated boys and girls .
Rule 2 never ever feed a bunny lettuce ... romaine lettuce is ok but in moderation any other is bad news.

will tell you more when I think of it ..over tired here have had a bad week with a sick kid and dying rabbit.

Actually Romane lettuce should be avoided for it is too hard to digest and can cause loose bowels.A good green leaf lettuce is better and of course never give rabbits Ice berg lettuce or cabbage.Good luck in your research

You can check out my website for some rabbit info. Also I have found through years of raising no greens, lettuce, grass etc. All will usually end up with a rabbits with the runs. Hay is okay.Just my opionion. http://cd_farms.tripod.com/.
