Sandra can only hope to improve

Keeping veggies fresh for 2 weeks.

It's amazing that I can keep my veggies fresh and crispy for almost 2 weeks if not a bit more than 2 weeks!! I wash the veggies in cold water then I leave them on the kitchen counter on a towel for about 10-15 minutes. I then pre-cut ALL the veggies. I find that it last longer in a container grather in a bag. So I put a paper towel in the bottom of a container and put the veggies in (I never completely dry veggies before putting them in a container). On top of the veggies I put another paper towel before putting lid on. I seperate the different veggies that way. It really stays crispy that long!!! No black spot. And IF there is a mushier one I'll juste take it out. If you guys try that, let me know if 2 weeks is about the same time you can keep your veggies fresh!
