Question

Mini Rex?

I was told that Bunni was a dwarf when I bought her, but after seeing other dwarfs, I noticed that she seemed a bit larger. I then heard of the mini rex. What are the characteristics of a rex or mini rex? If anyone can tell from looking at an image of her, here is one...

she seems to have larger features than bunni does. bunni's ears appear a bit shorter, and her nose isn't as puffy as lola's. hmmm... i'll just assume bunni is a mutt.

Could be a Dutch or Dutch mix?

Rex fur is extemely soft and feels like stroking velvet. It isn't like regular fur.

She looks like a dutch and dwarf mix to me. One of my rabbits is also very petite. I think she is a dwarf mix.

Thanks, I didn't know that was a characteristic. I have seen rabbits with that type of fur, and Bunni doesn't have that. That rules out the rex. I haven't heard of the dutch breed before. I'll have to look into that. Thanks for all the input everyone!
