Molly gets spayed in the Morning - Paw Talk

Well, tomorrow is Molly's big day. She gets spayed in the morning. She has had very little run time lately because of her spraying of urine in our newly renovated place. When the weather is warm we have been taking her outside on a harness for her exercise. She really seems to enjoy it. Unfortunately the neighbors cat always seems to show up when we are out and have to end the session. One day I will post a video of her chasing the girls in an attempt to circle their feet. I hope all goes well tomorrow. I am getting more worried about the operation and recovery.

. im sure she will be fine, ive recently had my baby done and was worried sick, but he came through the op ok.

She should be fine - and just think how much better things will be when she stops spraying and can have more play time.

I took Molly in this morning and expressed concern that she still had a wet nose. They did an exam and gave the go ahead for the spay. They are keeping her overnight and will release her in the morning. It sure was quiet around here. No digging....When I called in she was just starting to move around and they were trying her with food. They said she did very well. She gets to recuperate with a handsome bunny in the room. They gave me the go ahead to move her back beside Lucky when she gets home. They have been separated for almost 3 months now so I am worried about the territory thing. I won't be letting them interact with each other except getting used to each others presence in the same room again. I hope Molly won't be spraying. I have cleaned and moved her cage already and let Lucky explore in it. Not sure if that was a wise idea???? He was in there chinning everything. Advise would be appreciated. I miss her and can't wait to get her back home.

I'm glad her surgery went well! She should be home and feeling better in no time!

Good luck bonding her with Lucky! I know it can be a pain, but it's definatly worth it when you see them cuddling and playing together!
