Nail Trimming
I just noticed that my bunny's nails need to be cut BAD! I would like to do it myself, anyone have any tips or techniques to share?

Are they light or dark?
How still will your bunny sit?

They're white. It's definetly going to take 2 of us so I'm going to instruct Ira on the holding while I clip.

If you look, you should be able to see the vein, it looks like a dark line inside the nail. Slowly clip almost up to that. You may have to repeat it in a few weeks, as the nail is clipped, the quick will retract a bit.
Good luck!!

I've found that the cat nail clippers are the easiest to use. They look almost like scissors, and they're easier to grip. HTH!
