So cute! How did you get the sweater on him?
Is it okay for them to play with pine branches? We don't have a real tree but I am going to get some pine branches for baskets and I was wondering if I could give them one to play with.

Ah such a sweet jumper! I dont think i could get near mine to get one on but my mother used to have a Yorkshire Terrier which she treated like one of us. My grandmother made specially made knitted sweaters for him that my mum made the dog wear in winter!!!
The things we do for our pets eh?!

I just took a sweat sock and cut part of it off and little arm holes for him and slid it over his head and tucked his arms in. It stayed on for maybe 5 mins before he had it just around his neck looking at me with sad eyes to take it off of him.
From what we have read and what our vet told us, it not bad if they eat the pine needles, but it may turn their urine orange. It can't be treated with the fire retardant chemicals, other wise its not safe. We blocked off the tree so he really can't get to it unless we let him, we took those pictures right after we put it up and hadn't blocked it off yet. Oh if you get a really tree our vet told us to keep him away from the tree water, that it can be bad for them.
Ollie is a Mini Rex.

Cute pictures, he looks like he's having alot of fun!
Is he really a mini? wow, in the pictures he looks big, how much does he weight? My Rex is about 7 or 8lbs (Haven't weighted him in forever).
I know Pine Needles are poisones to horses, i personally wouldn't let my bunnies nibble the trees, but i don't think there's anyting wrong with a supervised tree viset, i bet it's real exciting to see a big tree inside their home!

Yes he is a mini.
When we took him to the vets about 2 weeks ago he was 4lbs 2.5ozs
