Teddy - he is just not right!

I already have learned that Teddy has no fear of the Oreck or the small shop vac I use to clean up after them. The small shop is pretty loud, too! He will hop right up to it. The other night while cleaning I almost hit him twice with the Oreck. I never dreamed he would remain underfoot with the noise.
Well tonight I was using the little shop vac in the hall to clean up a bit. (It works GREAT for hay) I was going to sweep up something on the other side of Teddy. I was closer to him than I thought and the hose started to grab his fur. He didn't care. He didn't even move! Then I tried it again (tilted this time so he wasn't being sucked up so hard). He didn't care! I guess molting season won't be a problem with him.
He is just not a normal rabbit. I cannot believe how lucky I am that George gave him to me. I really have to thank her again!

aww sounds like he really loves the sound ...and feel..of the Oreck!

You need to get a picture of him with it.

wow, my bunny tolerates the vacuum but much prefers his hay to be left where he puts it

My chinny likes me to vacuum him as well...lol..he tries to roll against it like a dust bath

I've had a couple of rabbits who weren't really afraid of the vacuum but the craziest was Stash. He would actually try to play with the vacuum sometimes .

lol - lucky! You can just vacuum him when he sheds!

Zeus HATES the vacuum. He thumps his feet at it and runs up to it and smacks it, lol. I can never vacuum when he's out of his cage because I never know when he'll come shooting out of some hiding spot to attack the vacuum. He even does that when it's off! lol

As far as I remember =^o^= Schneeball is'nt to keen on the hoover , I am pretty sure he would run away if I had him out and turned the hoover on.

But I have been known to hoover a bunny in times of molting , and what with him being a Chinchilla the hair gets everywhere , and a bit of bunny vac must help.

What =^o^= Schneeball hates is the dustpan and brush , he often throws out a lot of straw from the front of his hutch when I let him out . He grunts at the brush when I am using it in a side to side motion and sctatches at the chicken wire on the inside of hutch , as well as the odd thump.

He obviously thinks it's some kind of enraging hairy animal , I have tried the brush with im in the open and it's grunts and scratching all round in a purely hit and run attack . And then he's back for more.

I havent had my buns around the hoover but i am certain if i did Bbop would probably run a mile as he is practically scared of his own shadow lol but Sammo may well like it as he is much more calm and collected lol x

I used the shop vac on him last night. It sucked up his fur pretty good and he didn't care. He is such a crazy little bunny!
I wish the others would be so tolerant. It is getting to be shedding season here.

My Sammo has started shedding and i hate picking him up lol he gets fur everywhere normally in my mouth and nose lol
I have to brush him daily and i get loads of it off him! Bbop on the other hand hasnt started yet so it will be a barrell of fun for me on a daily basis when he has lol x

Lol yep its a total pain but i brush them daily and still he likes to shake it all in my face lol nevermind i still love him to bits! xx
