training bonded pairs

Honey, my lop that I am starting to clicker train, likes to hang out with Shanay, the satin in the pen next to him. Today I opened his pen and let Shanay go inside Honey's pen, and they got along just fine. I was wondering if I bonded these two rabbits and housed them together, would it be harder to train Honey, since he would not be dependent on me for attention?
