A link to help you find an ARAV Vet
The Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians (ARAV)
We are a non-profit international organization of veterinarians and herpetologists founded in 1991. Our goal is to improve reptilian and amphibian veterinary care and husbandry through education, exchange of ideas and research. The Association of Reptilian and Amphibian Veterinarians (ARAV) promotes conservation and humane treatment of all reptilian and amphibian species through education, captive breeding and reptilian and amphibian habitat preservation.
The Online ARAV membership directory is divided by region. Since the vast majority of members are from the USA, there is a list for each state. Otherwise, members are grouped by country or geographical region.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all ARAV members are veterinarians and not all veterinary members are in private practice. Neither the ARAV nor the person maintaining this page will give out information beyond what is listed here. The ARAV strives to create a balance between protecting members' privacy and providing enough information so that vets in private practice can be found. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
