Northwest Reptile Fair & silk worms

This weekend the Northwest Reptile Fair was in Puyallup, WA. Trev, Thomas, my twin cousins, and I went. We saw lots of snakes, some lizards, some arachnids, a couple of hedgehogs and lots of meal worms, crickets, fruit flies, etc. We were hoping to see more variety, but maybe it is too far north.

We got some silk worms for Brutus our bearded dragon. They are a newer food source on the market. They seem very suitable and are relatively easy to take care of. They don't smell or make noise. Trev is researching them more to find out what it takes to produce them. Who knows maybe they will become our favorite reptile food.
