Not Available?

HEY

Ok, i go to the forums here aobut 1-3 times a day usually, and Almost everyday, it say that the site is unavailibe? Like the page that comes up when you type a non existing site. What is that for? i type it in right and everthing, and sometimes i cant get into the site for a day and half of the next, then next time i try i can. Its quite annoying because i try to check in here frequesntly and i cant sometimes. Any ideas on what i should do??

Delete all your cookies for starters, though it likely won't do much good.
