I just added a feature that lets you know how much reputation 'power' someone has. Reputation power translates to how much a person's reputation rating will raise your reputation level.
Reputation Power is calculated like this:
"New Reputation Altering Points are earned every 180 days of membership and with every 500 posts made on the forum."
The exception is Administrators and Super Mods. They have 25 points.
Okay, silly question. I see the rep power in the top right of the posters box, but are the rep points of that person no longer displayed, or I am imagining they were in the first place?

In order to get reputation altering points. Right now you have 8, meaning someone's reputation goes up 8 points each time you give out positive reputation. It's separate from your actual reputation points.
