I wanted to let you all know that as of a few weeks ago, Paw-Talk is under new ownership. I did this for a variety of reasons, the highest on the list being lack of time to devote to the forum. I'll let Andy introduce himself, but wanted to make sure some things were clear so there won't be a lot of rumors!
First and foremost, I still love you all, and I'm not leaving the forum. I'm simply taking a step down in the hierarchy and handing the reins over to someone else. There's no drama involved here - sorry!
Community wise, you as members are not going to see a huge difference, except in the layout and other minor things. The moderation team will stay the same, for the most part. Some team members have opted to step down for the same reasons I opted to sell the forum, which you may have noticed. We still love them, they're still part of the forum, they just don't feel they have time to devote to the duties of a moderator and that's understandable; circumstances change. I do want to take a moment and thank all of the moderators for contributing so much to this forum - I couldn't have done it without you and have found some lifelong friends among you.
I also want to thank all of the members for being part of this forum. YOU are what make a community thrive, and we have an awesome set of members. New things are sometimes scary, but I think this is for the best, and we'll get through it as a community.
I'll leave the next post to Andy for introduction purposes, then open up the thread for response.
