Does anyone know how I can change my title? I tried going to Edit Profile and even Edit Options and I couldn't find a place where I was able to give myself a title.

We're evil, that's why you can't. In reality, we (admins/mods) give out titles. (Hence my nickname being the title fairy!) You get a title usually when you least want one and least appealing to you.
