Cages

I need help finding a new cage for my two budgies!!! They have a pretty big cage now, it's about 22 by 22 inches and 30 inches high. I've checked out about four different pet stores, and they only had smaller cages. And all the websites I checked out have either smaller cages or aviaries. Does anyone know of any websites that sell "mediumly large" parakeet cages? Any help would be appreciated.

Where do you live in NJ I know several bird stores in the area that carry really great cages. Also try kings cages. Their newer "Economy" line is great. Don't be fooled by economy the cage I bought for my Senegal was $180 and I had paid $350 for his first kings cage. Why their economy line is better I have no idea but I do believe they no longer make my first crappy cage anymore.

I live in Morris County in NJ. I like the King's Cages, but do they have parrot size cages for parakeets? I know what I'm asking is probably ridiculous, but is there anyplace that sells parrot size cages with smaller bars, perches, food bowls, and openings?

For some reason I missed your reply to this post. But yes the kings cages for small to medium parrots have 7/16" to 1/2" spacing and you could put a parakeet in it. Here is a link to a cage with 7/16" spacing and 18" x 18". They have a few more with same bar spacing but bigger dimensions. http://kingscages.com/elcages/elt1818.htm

That's a nice cage. I'll show it to my mom for sure. Thanks so much Dena!
