no, no , no , and no!!! they bite, pinch, scratch, and squack!! ah well, I got sylvie for companionship with peter, who was an excape from the local zoo, and never had any human contact. even though I would like to give them both out of the cage time, they wont come out. If i manage to catch one of them, usually sylvie, peter gets mad and attacks, to sum up, they are in-cage birds only! I wish they would come out and that they could be free, but if I cant handle them in an emergency to get them back in their cage, they're not coming out.

My girl Dawn lives to cuddle! She likes it when I drape my hand all the way over her head and back and then use my fingers, thumbs to rub her cheeks and her chin. If she's sitting on my shoulder while I'm working (typing) and not giving her attention, a lot of times she will huddle up next to my neck and rub her head on my cheek

My bird Picasso LOVES to cuddle. He will spend hours and hours sitting on your lap while you pick at his pin feathers or scratch his back. He's a fun Bird.

Now, Joey on the other hand. She will go from her cage and crawl down the couch go across the floor to the other couch and crawl up your leg to your shoulder and sit there and grind her beak. After about 10 minutes she will nibble on your ear. Then she will start biting it. It is kinda odd...

i have my bird jump off the cage no noise, and crawl across my feet thats how much she wanted me. Perky my sun, will protect me from my hubby, cat, dog. even though no one will come near me when he is about...........nothing like a ball of fluff scaring you off.

LOL, Rupert sure does NOT like to cuddle He's a himalayan monal pheasant, I don't think cuddle's in his vocabulary. He does like to attack blue things, go for walks on his leash, and attck my brother though
