I think I am finally able to go pick up Frosty tomorrow. There is a bird show here in Orlando and the breeder is going to be there so I can pick shim up there. The biggest problem now is that there is a big bond between Frosty and the bird shim has been living with - so I'm not sure if I'll end up with two 'tiels or one different one! Her/his
cage mate is one the the breeder was planning to keep to breed and is more white and less cinnamon than Frosty.
I'm also supposed to pick up my Senegal. This is a freebie - a price I couldn't resist. Still on three feedings a day and just beginning to feather. Will post pictures ASAP.
The Gray I wanted is out. It has grown too attached to the breeder. So I'll just wait - she'll have more!
Frosty is still getting one feeding per day, and I'm gonna do my best to get Bubba to help with feeding the Senegal so that they will have more of a bond. Had a name all picked out for the Gray but don't know what to call the Senegal.
I almost feel good enough to be excited.
