just thought I'd share

We have had Rocky & Pebbles out everyday so far (except for today) working with them trying to get them less hand shy. I took a couple pictures of them & like this one so I wanted to share!

They are settling in pretty good... they are already spoiled. We are in process of building them a new cage already... a bigger one! Neither of them want to "step up" they would rather "fly away" They are brats! Once Rocky gets going with his singing he doesn't quit! I have been slowly weening them off the seed they were eating at the petstore... I was mixing Lafeber's pellets with their seed but I don't think they were touching it. So this morning I put only pellets in the dish & when I got home they were acting like they were starving. I had stopped at the petstore on the way home and bought some of the Zupreem fruity pellets (I can't remember off the top of my head the exact name. They seemed to gobble them up! So right now I am mixing the Zupreem with the Lafeber's.

Other than that though... they are doing good.

Rocky is the one with the more yellow head & bright cheek patches (boy) & Pebbles is the one with the more grey head & duller orange cheek patches (female)

They are so cute. Well they are settling in quite well, especially considering they have a constant camera in their face I like the sleepy pictures on your other thread Rocky looks like he is plotting his revenge against the camera attack LOL
