Parakeet Beak Growth

My baby parakeet (3 weeks) has a growth coming out it's beak from inside it's mouth. Beginning to look like a duck bill. Getting larger by the day. Gravelly looking. Otherwise healthy. Other 3 birds in the clutch look fine although a couple have hints of a tiny bit of it (like maybe it's viral?). What can I do?
