Petey's getting brave!! (photographic proof)

Anyone remember when I was upset that Petey was scared of Madeline (Petey= budgie,Madeline = tiel that I got for christmas?)
Well today he decided to get bold& pitched on the cage!! All along he would hide if he saw her!!

Um,I should also add,it's HiS cage Madeline's in...AGAiN.Since her cage had to be brought back due to parts missing,but yeah.I'll get it back next week

Pics are horrid due to me not figuring out my camera yet.But you can see it's a budgie on top of the cage& a tiel inside eating food





He kept getting closer& closer until she decided she wanted to come back out...then he flew away!!!

Do you have any toys for your birds or are you just moving? My birds don't like toys but I like to have their cage with atleast one toy and lots of perches for them to hang around in. My two tiels Maxy and Nimbus are sharring a cage with my two budgies Yoltzin and Coaxoch. They don't get in fights, when I first brought the budgies Maxy just spread her wings and started to show that that was her property now she only walks away from them. Nimbus on the other hand hisses at anything that moves or that he doesn't like, he is a weird bird !

I don't think they are really hiding I think they like it up there .

Yup I have lots of toys for my birds...it's just that that is not Madeline's cage so most of her toys is by her bird tree yet Until her cage comes back But everytime I go to Wal-Mart I pick something up My birds love toys.

I also have toys hung from my ceiling (hanging bird trees etc) my room is like a bird room now,I'm also finding out plants that are safe for birds so I can hang some plants around

I'll post her in her cage when I get it back She has lots of toys I promise,I'm not a cruel owner.
(toys are a must for birds,not an option).

I have a seperate cage for my budgie& my tiel (the budgie cage is what the tiel is temporarily in,the tiel cage is a corner one).
I want them to be able to play together,but don't want them to live together.I want 2 more of each (budgies& cockatiels).
