Please Help! Lovebird having panic attacks.

Hello. I have had a female peachface lovebird for about 4 years. She has always loved to come out of her cage, but lately, she starts screaming when ever I put my hand near her. Eventually, she lets me take her out, but she still starts to freak out very easily. She leans away from me when she sits on my finger, and is very easily scared. She will randomly fly off of my finger and around the house, running into walls and falling on the floor. I don't know what has happened to her. This is not normal behavior. She has been like this for about a week, and I would like to make her better. Please help. Thank you!

is there anything that have change at the time she started being like this? Have you turn on a fan or move furnature or wearing diffrent cloths?or a new pet or new alarm or anything make nois? also chek her eyes and hearing if her sens are not as good it could make her nervus. and if shes running into stuff maybe think about get her wings klipped so she dont get hurt. good luck i hope shes ok.
