What a sweetie! Does he talk? My daughter has worked with her 'tiel - you know how hard it is not to whistle back at them because they are so good at that. He says his name ("Bee Bop, Bee Bop" always twice) and yesterday I heard him say "What are you doing?"
Maybe you can teach him a greeting for when his Mom returns!

The boys usually talk, the girls only whistle. Bubba keeps whistling at Frosty and I keep fussing at him. I don't think it matters - going by the "posture" method of sexing 'tiels I believe she's a female!
I think they're just great company to have around. Enjoy Romeo's stay!
