That is terrible, I know almost nothing about macaws but that does NOT look like a healthy or happy bird!

That is really disheartening ... my parrot went thru something similar before coming to us ... I don't understand how anyone can do that without feeling guilty as heck ...

You can tell just by looking at him that he isnt properly cared for! I hope that city figures something out for him so he can have a better life.

That as well made me upset. I may not know a lot about birds but LOOK AT HIM. He looks miserable! Any parrot that isn't rolling around and playing most of the day, is not a happy burd! I have yet to meet a parrot who isn't constantly trying to find toys to play with. Get that burd another owner, it deserves so much better
