What is your favorite vitamin supplement?

I am doing this survey to find out what vitamins you give your fids! I apologize for posting so many new threads lately, but i try to make them as beneficial as possible!

I have budgies and I have never given Arianna (formerly Aries) vitamins. Any advice any of you have would be greatly apreciated!

I'll be honest, I'm not real supportive of giving supplements if the bird is well but I have just recently bought some Red Palm Oil. A few of my birdie friends have raved about it and I researched it and was impressed with it's *record*. I just received it on Friday and I've only used it once. I'll probably only use it with Toby a couple of times a week.

I don't give any I came across this food about 3 years ago through our pet store and talked to the company and was really impressed.
