Wild Birds in the Snow Pictures!

I took these pictures last week when it was snowing. I love feeding all of the birds that will grace my backyard and right now I have TONS of them. They make me so happy. I have over 23 feeders for them, 4 heated birdbaths, 2 heated ponds and I also feed on the ground. I have more birdbaths, but they are all not up and running. I am having bird feeders custom made this week for the ground feeding birds so that when it rains and snows, their food will stay drier. Anyway, here are some pictures I wanted to share with you. Hope you like them.

These are GoldFinches

These are Gold Finches, Finches, and Misc. birds waiting in line to eat!


Here is a close up of our Gold Finch friends.

We get all types that come to eat!

And, finally, just a pretty picture of the snow that was coming down that day. Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them. I love my out-door bird friends. I try to pamper them.

That’s awesome! I love birds and raise wild baby birds during the summer. My chickadees I had last year come back now and then to my feeder and heated bath too. But my neighborhood is new and doesn’t have a lot of big trees yet, so I don’t have many birds coming around a lot.
I am totally jealous! haha those are awesome pictures though! It’s so good to see people helping out our birds during the cold winters
