wing question
Ok I have had a lot of cockatiels, and other birds. I have never clipped any of there wings, because I have always had flight cages for them, and kinda find it mean. Well we just got Pepper from the humaine society and they had clipped his wings. He had them spread earlier, and they cut all but his second primary flight feather on each wing, and all of the scondary flight feathers have been cut. I need advice on this. Are they ok? Will the secondary feathers grow back? and should I have the last primary on each wing cut so they are even? Thanx
