Domestic & Wild rodents
I have very bad fears of wild rodents in my home due to a past experience. I know almost all houses do get at least one type of rodent here or there. I saw awild rat a few streets down from me and now I'm super paranoid. Sinice I have female mice and rats is there a possibility I can have suprise visitors? All the rodents are on the second floor and I do use bio odor on all my rodents if that would make a difference.

I forgot to mention that we haven't had any problems yet because we exterminate the house regularly and the exterminator would tell us if there were a problem that he could see.

Well I have had pet mice and rats for years and our old house had wild mice.Fortunatly we had cats too,so the mice never ever bothered the pets.We also kept them up on high tables too.

mice will attract other mice especially when in estrus this is for every animal however, hormones can be detected easily and from far distances by other animals who are interested, but this in now way indicates that they will be coming from the woodworks...your house is a closed place, and naturally it would be hard for an invastion so its not like you have thousands of mice waiting outside your window to mate with your females there are plenty of females to mate with outside
