When I was young, my parents let us each pick out a hamster. I picked a Syrian hamster which I named Mud, and my sister picked one and named it Rainbow.

Shortly thereafter we had many, many babies on our hands.

Mine was a hamster named Chip. ^.^ I got her a couple days after school let out in June 2004.
I loved her so much, but then in August of 2005, she disappeared and I've never seen her since. =(
I have a few pictures of her. When I find them I'll put them on here.

Mine was a guinea pig named Squeaks. I asked for a rabbit for Christmas, my parents gave me a guinea pig. I was less than amused, as she was an older pig who was scared to death of people, but it did get me started in keeping animals, and I still have piggies to this day.
