Did you know it was pregnant?
What kind of hamster is it?
Is it alone? (Besides the babies?)

I'm sorry, but DUH!!
She is in a cage with males, and you didn't think she would be pregnant?!
Are they dwarfs or sirians?

Oh, ok. I apologize.
Third time, what kind are they? I'm hoping their some kind of dwarfs, because sirians shouldn't be together anyway, any sex.

I don't handle her at all because when I used to try to pick her up she'd turn belly up to start squeeking and biting. When the babies are weaned I'll try to handle her.

Good. I'm sure, since you've only had her 5 days, that she was just cranky because she was pregnant.
Did you read the link I gave you? It has lots of information about what to do after the birth, how to take care of the babies, ect.
Make sure you brush up on sexing hamsters! If you don't get those separated at the right time, you'll have a hamster explosion!!!
Good luck!

Have you removed the males..you must do this although they've probably already mated again but still take them out, you might be lucky and they may not have mated again, yet. Actually, make sure they are both males? It is very important that you remove the two other dwarfs...could be life threatening to the babies?

life threatening to the babies or not, it is important to remove them to prevent having more babies.

Yes, remove the males, they will go after the Mom again an hour after the babies are born. Put extra nesting material in make sure she has plenty of food...
