Woopps... Socrates is a mouse and Pandora/Peanut are Gerbils.
We had two mice... the other was Ginger but she passed a couple of days ago :/ Hoping getting a new one will be ok so Socrates doesn't stay alone.

Is Socrates male or female? If he is male, then it would be kinda hard to introduce him to a partner, since male mice tend to fight if not together since birth, and even then, you have some risk of a fight arising. Now, if Socrates is female, then you won't have any problem introducing them... just put them together in a neutral environment and clean the cage very well before putting them there. 8)
