Advice for abandoned kitten

Thanks for your replies yall. I could hardly stand to do this, but we've changed our minds once again. My bro told one of his friends about the kitten today and she said she would take him, get him all the shots/worm medicine he needs and would take him to a vet for his leg. That would be a much better life for him than staying here, and not having his leg checked out. Ahhhh, I can barely stand to part with his cute little face, but I want what's best for him. He's a funny little booger! he pooed in his bed but went to sleep in his litter box! I found a big ol nasty tapeworm in his poo, another reason to let someone else have him. We were going to get worming meds of course, but now he'll get his leg checked out (and hopefully fixed!) too. I'm just so happy he'll have a good home! Aww, I'm sorry you can't keep him but it's good that he's going to a home where he'll be well taken care of. Keep us updated on him if you can.

Well, here's a small update. The girl says she can't take him. GAH! If anyone here lives near central texas, you can come and take her (yes, it's a girl) if you want. She's really sweet, purrs as soon as you touch her, haha. She also learned to use the litter box, and is starting to walk on her injured leg. I wormed her yesterday, and right now i'm just waiting for her to get better and get her energy back. I'll probably put an ad in the paper for someone who's willing to take her to the vet and get her all the shots she needs, get her spayed, etc. If anyone's interested, you're perfectly welcome to come pick her up! My mom is currently breathing down my neck waiting for me to find her a home, so I hope I can find one soon. Thanks for the replies everyone!
