Boxer losing weight,constant diarrhea

I have a 5 year old Boxer. About 2 weeks ago he started having trouble urinating.Took him to 2 vets who couldn't find anything wrong but put him on antibiotics.Seems to have gotten better but now he's losing a lot of weight and has constant diarrhea,another vet said give him ground beef w/ rice and pepicd AC. Problem has gotten worse and I don't know what else to do for him. Help!

I'd suggest taking him to a vet, requesting full bloodwork and perhaps x-rays, too.

He had blood work and xray's at the emergency vets and everything comes up negative. His regular vet is stumped, that's why he said to give him ground beef & rice

Ask for a referral to a specialist?

Did they do full bloodwork or just check a few levels? There's a huge difference.
