Cherry Eye Cost??


Hi my names evan and i just purchases a 13 week old English Bullie named Pugsley. I havent had him for long and he now has cherry eye. i was wondering if anyone happens to know an approx. price range for this procedure and if you have any vet recomindations in the brandon fl area? please send me any information you have to my email... kerrieandevan@hotmail.com i would greatly appreciate any help i can get for my new family member. thank you!

when my Cocker got cherry eye it cost me 80 the first time, the were able to fix it without surgery, the next time it was 180 and its never come back...I am not sure prices else where...its important to get it looked at rather quickly so theres no complications...if you call vets in your area you may be able to get an approximate cost...

I hope your puppy is ok and gets well soon...

I would call around to different vet offices. Most are happy to give a price range. If they get testy, just tell them you're on a budget and need to be able to plan. I hope your dog gets better!

thanks happy dancer for the info. one last ? for ya. when he did get surgery did they completely remove the gland or did they just take a small portion of it and tack the rest down? either way did they have to put him to sleep during the oporation or just numb the area? thanks again for the help!
