It would be a good idea to go ahead and take her to the vet, especially if she is not walking around like she normally would.

If he doesn't know "jack" - don't waste your money. She may have just bruised it... then there's nothing that can be done. Have you moved it around and made sure it's in place?? Does she get agitated when you touch it?

well the vet said not to bring her because he didnt think he could do anything for her ...so I have kept her on heat and in a hospital cage over night she is till eating and pooping and has sat up a few times a little shaky so maybe it is just a pulled muscle ...lets hope so good vet will be in next week so keep your fingers crossed ...his main reason for not wanting to bring her in is she is preg and he doesnt want to stress her anymore.

well today she is doing a bit better actually sitting up instead of lying down all the time so I put her back with her boy and he gave her big hugs and she seems happier there not jumping up on the perches or anything yet staying on the bottom resting but seems in good spirits now she is back in her cage ... still eating and pooping and the leg isnt red or swollen and she isnt biting it so I guess she must have just bruised it because I have seen her put it down a little.
