My degu has developed some sort of a
respiratory infection for which I took him to the vet on Tuesday. The vet gave him antibiotics which he's supposed to stop taking tonight. Other then breething problems he looked fine, playing around, running in his wheel Today (Friday) he just seems very sleepy and lethargic. Usually when I open his cage (or come near it, talking to him) he gets very excited but not today. He just looked at me and stayed in his house (I had to get him out to give him his medicine). Could the antibiotics make him like this? He didn't even want a treat that he usually loves
I'm worried about him
